Returns, exchanges, and warranties
Please choose carefully as we are not always able to offer refunds on items if you have simply decided to change your mind or an item isn't the correct size.
We do our very best to ensure all product descriptions, sizes, prices and other site content is accurate. However, we may on occasion make mistakes, and so we don’t warrant that all details on our site are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
If you see anything that doesn't look right, or the item you have received does not match the description provided, please contact us to discuss before returning.
Items will need to be received brand new and unused, in original packaging with tags attached before a refund can be provided.
We do not refund delivery costs or pay for return delivery costs.
We will of course accept returns if goods have a manufacturer’s fault, and we will do our best to fix or replace them with another if available. If that’s not possible, we’ll offer you a credit or refund. Again, please contact us immediately to discuss what options are available.
