Returns, exchanges, and warranties
If you change your mind, or find an item doesn’t fit, you can always send it back and we will happily swap it or refund you (except for sale items). Just get it back to us via track & trace within 14 days (or 21 days for overseas deliveries) and make sure it’s still brand new and unused, in original packaging with tags attached.
Before returning an item please email us (email@example.com) explaining what you are returning and why. We do not refund delivery costs or pay for return delivery costs.
International customers should contact us regarding customs clearance before shipping.
We will of course also accept returns if goods have a manufacturer’s fault, and we will do our best to fix or replace them with another if available. If that’s not possible, we’ll offer you a credit or refund.
We do our very best to ensure all product descriptions, prices and other site content is accurate. However we may on occasion make mistakes, and so we don’t warrant that all details on our site are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
