Payment & Privacy
Payment
We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard and Visa) and for NZ customers we also accept payment by direct bank deposit.
All credit card payments are processed through PayPal, but you do not need to have a PayPal account to shop with us.
Make sure you fill out your personal info, address, email and payment details correctly so that we can send your purchase promptly and correctly.
Availability
We will do our very best to ensure that all stock advertised as available on our website is available. On occasion, if stock is purchased in another way from us at the same time, such as through our Trade Me listings, then it may not be available when you try and purchase it. If this happens, we will happily apologise and refund you in full.
Confirmation and tracking
When we receive your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email with an invoice and, once dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number for delivery.
Privacy
We will hold your information in the strictest confidence and will not give your details to any third parties without your consent, unless we believe it is appropriate for legal compliance or law enforcement purposes, or to enforce our rights.
We use the information you provide us with to complete your purchases, send you goods, to improve our services, and to help us let you know about special offers, discounts, and other cool new stuff.
We do not record your credit card details. Your credit card details are encrypted using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your information when transmitted over the Internet. Credit card transactions are processed by PayPal. View PayPal's Privacy Policy.
Creating a user account with Wild Habit is entirely optional, but recommended, as it will benefit you in your shopping experience with us. Once again, we keep this information private and secure.
If you have signed up to our mailing list and no longer wish to be on it simply email us with "unsubscribe" in the subject area, and we’ll wipe you off the list. We adhere to all New Zealand laws, including the Privacy Act 1993.
